Shipping and Shipping Methods

In each package, we will include the ordered products, the corresponding delivery note, and any informational and marketing materials.

Order Confirmation

  • Upon completing your order, a confirmation page will be displayed, and you will receive an email with all the details of your order. Please note or print your order reference number, which you can use to inquire about the status of your shipment.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the tracking number, allowing you to track the shipment progress online.

Delivery

  • Purchased products will be delivered by the courier selected by the Seller to the shipping address provided by the Customer on the order.

Delivery Inspection

  • It is recommended that the Customer checks the integrity of the packages upon delivery by the courier. In case of any anomalies, such as damaged or wet packages, the Customer should highlight these discrepancies and reject the delivery, making sure the courier notes the reason for the rejection. The Company is not responsible for transportation-related damages, and the Customer cannot claim compensation from the Company.

Shipping Costs

For Italy:

  • €10 for orders up to €36
  • €15 for orders up to €59
  • €25 for orders up to €100
  • Free shipping for orders over €100

For Europe and the rest of the world:

  • Upon request via email, a shipping quote will be provided. Shipping costs vary significantly depending on the destination and weight and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Courier Services

  • Shipments will be made using an Express Courier, and the calculated shipping costs are aligned with their rates. If the package is refused or not collected, all related transportation and storage costs will be borne by the Customer.
