ART.3 – CONTRACT CONCLUSION
To purchase Suberito società agricola products on the website www.suberito.it, the user selects products from the existing catalog on the website, adds them to the cart, and proceeds to checkout by entering the required user data in the relevant fields for the order, delivery, and invoice; chooses the shipping method from the proposed options; and selects the payment method from those indicated. ART.7 – DELIVERY

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY (COD):
The cost of COD is €12.90 in Italy.
Each package will contain the ordered products, the related transport document, and any informational and marketing materials.
The order placed will be confirmed through a page visible upon completion of the data entry and confirmation process. Upon confirmation, the Customer will receive an email containing all the references of their order. We ask that you note or print the order reference number, with which you can request information regarding the shipment’s progress.
Upon the merchandise’s pickup from our warehouses, you will receive confirmation of pickup and expected delivery, highlighting the tracking number to track the shipment’s progress online.
The purchased products will be delivered by the courier identified by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Customer on the order.
It is advisable for the Customer to check the package’s integrity upon delivery by the courier. In case of anomalies, damaged, or wet packages, the Customer must immediately highlight the discrepancies and reject the delivery, having the courier note the reason. The Company is not responsible for transport-related damages, and the Customer cannot hold the Company accountable.
SHIPPING COSTS
For Italy, the shipping costs are fixed and are:

For shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, upon sending your request via email, a shipping quote will be prepared. Shipping costs vary significantly based on the destination and weight and must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Shipments will be made with Express Courier, and the costs we calculate are faithful to their quotes. If the package is refused or not picked up, all transportation and storage costs will be borne by the Customer.
